
About Me
In my teenage years I was fortunate to compete at the elite level in under-age competition, but I did struggle with the pressure to compete well, week in, week out.
In my early adult life, I experienced periods of stress and anxiety and know firsthand the impact it can have personally and professionally.
Fortunately, in 2009 I was introduced to meditation and mindfulness. Since then, I’ve been on a path to not only to learn more, but to help others reach their goals, build their confidence and cope with their challenges better.
I have been working in the health, fitness and education industry for over 20 years and I’m passionate in helping people live the best and healthiest version of themselves
